At 22, with five years of experience in the industry, I’m most proud of how I’ve progressed from an assistant to confidently running a media team. I take pride in being able to lead full coverage of events, ensuring every aspect is captured and executed smoothly. It’s rewarding to see my growth reflected not just in my skills, but in the trust my team and clients place in me.

My number one tip for couples is to prioritize clear communication and set your expectations early. Whether it’s about the budget, style, or how involved you want to be in each decision, being on the same page from the start makes the planning process smoother, reduces stress, and ensures your wedding truly reflects both of you.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
My favorite personal touch I’ve seen at a wedding was a couple including their dog, dressed up in a little bowtie, in the ceremony. It was such a fun and heartfelt way to make the day truly theirs and added a moment that everyone remembered and smiled about.

My typical process with a couple starts with understanding their vision and priorities for the day. From there, I focus on creating a plan that’s flexible and tailored to them, so they can enjoy the moments that matter most without getting bogged down in logistics. My goal is to handle the behind-the-scenes details seamlessly, allowing them to fully relax and maximize their time celebrating with family and friends.

The number one photo I think every couple should take is a candid moment of just the two of them, away from the crowd, truly connecting and enjoying the day. It captures the real emotions and intimacy that they’ll cherish long after the wedding.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
The most original photo I’ve been asked to take was of a bride riding a horse during her wedding. It was such a unique and stunning moment, perfectly reflecting her personality and making the day unforgettable: not just for her, but for everyone witnessing it.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
For a rainy day wedding, I always recommend embracing it rather than stressing about it. Have stylish umbrellas ready, consider a backup indoor space, and plan for a few fun, candid photos in the rain, sometimes those end up being the most memorable and magical shots of the day. The key is to stay flexible and keep the focus on enjoying the moment.
Describe how you got into photography.
I got into photography almost by accident. I was struggling with biology and chemistry at A-level and feeling pretty lost about my future. Then someone sold me a cheap point-and-shoot film camera for just £8, and everything changed. Learning to capture moments and tell stories through images completely reignited my passion and focus. Photography didn’t just become a hobby, it gave me purpose and eventually led me to build a career doing what I love.
