Doing bride and groom portraits in a speedboat on Lake Como was a pretty spectacular moment!
Observational, relaxed, creative, modern, fun.
It's such a huge privilege to photograph someone's wedding - I'm super proud (and humbled) each time I'm hired to do it.
Allow buffers in your timeline. Things will always run over... But on the day don't let things like that spoil your mood - someone else can worry about it!
There have been so many... I especially loved the volcano cake - made by the father of the bride - which actually erupted periodically throughout the reception.

That moment just after the ceremony when you've escaped your guests for a few seconds together alone. It doesn't have to be a groundbreaking photo, it's just a very special moment in time that it's lovely to have a record of.
There was one bride who really WANTED it to rain for her wedding photos (!) .
A sense of fun. Yep, that's the most important thing. Wellies are also good :)
I studied photography at school and uni, then worked at other things. Eventually it was time to give it a go professionally and here I am. I came to wedding photography via music and editorial portrait photography.
