Disorganised chaos

Hannah was late to all appointments, even on our wedding day and that’s just for starters. We listened to endless excuses as to why our proofs weren’t ready, then after months of texts, emails and phone calls we had to drive to her house (miles away) to collect samples so we could choose materials for album and listen to more excuses. Finally she stopped responding to emails, texts and calls. We were left with no choice but to involve our barrister to threaten legal action. One year, eight months later we have our album. It’s been so stressful! What a shame because she takes nice photos... just a nightmare to get them!!

Poor customer services

Hannah was a brilliant photographer but turned up late, took so long to return photos and there was always a rubbish excuse as to why we hadn't received our photos. When we finally received them, Hannah was over 2 hours late delivering them to our house. It sounds sad but I won't be recommending.

Amazing photographer...

Amazing photographer. She made the process incredibly easy and was great at understanding what I wanted from my day and importantly the things that I didn't want. She was incredibly flexible on the day to adjust to when we wanted to do things. Would highly recommend her to anyone getting married.

Hannah was amazing and we love our photos we couldn't muster a better photographer she made us feel at ease at all times she was brilliant and was amazing with only a guest and I'll children and the amount for people that commented how well she done on the day I would highly recommend her to any other people that are getting married great value for money
