Based in the charming town of Pershore, Duncan Cox is a wedding photographer who specializes in telling the unique story of your special day. With deep roots in Worcestershire, he knows the most beautiful local venues—from the historic elegance of Stanbrook Abbey and Birtsmorton Court to the rustic charm of Curradine Barns and Deer Park Hall. His local expertise helps him find the perfect backdrops and natural light to make your wedding photos truly stand out.
Duncan’s approach is all about capturing real moments as they happen. Using a reportage style, he works quietly and unobtrusively, focusing on the genuine emotions and candid interactions that make your day special. Whether it’s a stolen glance, heartfelt laughter, or a quiet exchange, his photos reflect the true spirit of your wedding. By relying mostly on natural light, he helps you and your guests feel relaxed and comfortable, resulting in authentic, emotive images you’ll treasure forever.
Duncan understands that your wedding day is one of life’s most precious moments. As a husband and father himself, he brings empathy and care to every shoot. Couples often describe him as professional, efficient, and approachable—someone who puts you at ease from the very start and makes the whole experience enjoyable.
For couples looking for something truly unique, Duncan also offers a “Street Style” wedding photography package. This creative option blends the artistic energy of street photography with your wedding day, delivering bold and memorable images that stand apart.
Having photographed over 500 weddings, it is tricky to choose one wedding over another. There are so many wonderful memories!!

Don't leave booking suppliers until the last minute. Do it 12-18 months in advance and you will stand a better chance in booking the ones you want most.
I went a wedding recently and they had a snow machine! It was amazing!
I will arrange a meeting, be it at my home or through video chat. We discuss the details of their wedding. I show my sample books. They sign the paperwork and pay the booking fee and we all begin smiling! :)
I try not to repeat myself as much as possible, but apart from all the lovely storytelling, documentary photos, a few romantic kissy, kissy shots are always nice...
I recommend to the couple (gently or course) that it is not the end of the world and if they take an umbrella, we can go and get some "atmospheric" photos instead. :D
By accident.... haha! I was 21 years old. My friend had old SLR camera, way back in the film days...and I was fascinated by it. I kept going out and buying rolls of film so I could play with it. Shortly afterwards, I enrolled on a course and the rest is history.
