Once the couple decides to book us in for their wedding day..
1. We schedule a call or a meeting to discuss the details.
2. We ask some questions to ensure we provide as smooth and comfortable service as possible. We also ask for expectations.
3. We suggest our ideas but we don't enforce them (e.g. posed pictures). We allso ask for ideas and inspirations.
4. We would prefer to have someone supportive that knows the family and the plan (e.g. someone from Bridal Party).
5. We're flexible so we are open to do as much as "prep-until late" wedding coverage or as little as just the ceremony.
6. We usually process the shots within 2 months of the wedding. We'll send some sneak peeks within two weeks.
7. We're open for feedback e.g. if the pictures need softening or applying more contrast.
8. We deliver the shots on USB and on online galery.
