At a recent wedding in the 5 Star Western House the bride had hand made and personalised all the favours for the lady guests.
I always meet the couple before the big day to develop a rapport and get to know them. I ask them to sit down over a bottle of wine some night and prepare a list of those "must get" family photos to ensure that no one is hurt or upset by being omitted on the big day.
