FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

The first time I did a small, intimate wedding and fell in love with the calm, close nature of it all. It was a registry office ceremony which then went onto a farmhouse in the countryside, they had booked for the whole wedding party to stay and catered with the most beautiful sit-down meal

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Alternative, natural, moody, experimental and inclusive

What about your business are you most proud of?

Inclusivity and staying true to my own style!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Try and relax and keep it fun and unique to you!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

The fun one - definitely temporary tattoo station! The sentimental one - a donation to a special charity in lieu of wedding favours

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We will initially discuss your day, if I'm available, what you are looking for in a photographer and if I am good fit for you. After you decide to book with me you'll sort out the boring admin bits like signing the contract and filling out my new client questionnaire. Closer to your big day we'll have a meeting where we go over all your musts and iron out all the details and then if it's included in your package we'll do your engagement session. Then all that's left is your big day!

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

I'm a sucker for any and every detail shot!!

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

One bride had bought a little veil for her daughter to have a photo together looking out the window and it ended up being one of my all time favourites

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Grab some umbrellas and dance in the rain!

Describe how you got into photography.

Taking pictures of cobwebs on lampposts and funny looking trees when I was 15 years old, this progressed to getting my friends to model for me and always being the one with the camera at parties and events which sparked my love for photographing humas. I later decided to study photography at university and I've been working part time as a photographer ever since.
