A couple who were getting married in secret asked me to be one of their witnesses afterwards We headed in to Glasgow to take their wedding photos in and around some Glasgow landmarks. It was a lovely way to spend an afternoon. I then photographed their wedding party the following month once they had told their family and friends.
Relaxed, Creative, Candid, Elegant, Timeless
Being a part of so many peoples special day and capturing those special memories.
Make sure you have scissors and a crochet hook during bridal prep, labels and tags always need to be cut off and it is usually the make up artist has to use her fake eyelash scissors to save the day. I have also seen a lot of fake nails break or come off trying to fasten hooks and small buttons on the back of dresses, a crochet hook always saves the day.
One couple had a photo of themselves with each guest from some point during their lives together as favours next to their placenames at their tables. The amount of time and effort that it must of taken and the reaction of the guests as they took their seats for dinner was brilliant.
Confetti runs make for great photos.
Oh, there have been a few, a bride with her horse. Bride and groom on his motorbike with her dress flying out behind her. A couple in a police car, photoshopped to make it look they had stolen it!
Umbrellas, we can create some fantastic photos in the rain. It also very rare that it rains all day, so we can usually still nip out between showers for your couples portraits. We can also create some stunning images indoors with a little bit of creative flash work.
