Your wedding day is probably one of the most important days of your lives. To cherish the love, fun, laughter and traditions of your special day you need a photographer who can capture those memories so you and your family and friends can look back on for many years to come. My style of wedding photography is mainly documentary which allows me to shoot discreetly to capture natural, candid, genuine, relaxed and intimate moments of your special day which can also include traditional group photos if required. I aim to capture creative and stylish images from the obvious to all those smaller details you planned for to tell your story so that you can treasure them forever. I share the day with you, capturing those moments that not everyone gets to see until after the big day has passed. I love what I do and to photograph your wedding would be a pleasure and honour so if you decide I am the right photographer for you then you can leave all the "digital painting" to me on the day and not worry about a thing as I will capture images to tell the story you've always been dreaming about. If you would like me to capture your special moments, I would love to help make those memories for you. Memories can fade ... pictures last a lifetime!
My most memorable wedding was travelling by car to Northern France on day one.
On day two the happy couple were married in the village town hall by the bride’s father.
The couple then lead their guests to the local village church where they had their church ceremony.
After the church ceremony a small reception was held.
After this reception the couple and guests were transferred by coaches to have their wedding breakfast on a beautiful steamboat travelling down river and then back again.
Later that evening the couple and all guests had another reception dinner that lasted many hours into the early hours of day three.
That was one long day!
Natural, intimate, relaxed, modern, fun
I take extreme pride in the images I create for each individual couple and work hard to produce a story of their day that they will look back on for many years to come.
Don't stress. By all means take advise from others but ultimately it's your wedding ... have fun!
A wedding reception on a working steamboat in France.
After the initial contact by phone and emails it's good to meet face to face with the couple to get to know each other and discuss the wedding day itself in more detail and any ideas we might have.
Every photo is memorable and important to the happy couple so I can't really single out one specific shot.
This is difficult as all the photos are special and original to each and every couple.
Even though it might rain we can still get some amazing images using the weather to our advantage.
I've had a passion for creating images from a young age. Photography has been part of my life since I was 10 when I won a plastic film camera at a funfair. That's when the journey began and it's even more exciting now. I get a buzz every time I pick up my camera and seeing what I can create on this digital canvas.
