I was lucky enough to photograph a wedding in Cyprus a few years ago. No chance of rain on the day, just some very inquisitive tourists!
My style is fun, natural, quirky, observant and soft
That my work is an expression of love.
Do what you want, have the wedding that you dream of, and take time out for yourselves.
Every wedding has something personal that stands out. The one that touched my heart the most was a painting of the groom with his late mother, pride of place at the top table so that she could be a part of their special day.
After an initial chat to discuss my packages, I like to meet the couple, preferably at the venue if possible, to run through everything. I stay in touch with the couple every step of the way, they are free to ask questions and consider their options right up until the day. I stay for as long as I am needed for the wedding day, photographing natural shots and formal shots if required. All images are fully edited and sent on a USB within a month of the wedding.
There is no one size fits all, however the day belongs to the bride and groom and so this is the no.1 photo that should be taken.
The wedding couple, outside a castle, next to their wedding car which had the number plate "YES I DOO" Luckily that's what she said!
I always have 2 large white, heart shaped wedding umbrellas with me. Some of the most beautiful weddings I have shot were in the rain, it often creates the most wonderful light. One of my favourite weddings was in a thunderstorm. It's meant to be good luck if it rains on your wedding day, so I recommend you don't worry, your day will still be perfect.
I was studying Art and Photography at University and needed a Summer job. My first job was as a photographer in Butlins Bognor Regis. I took photo's of families next to Mr Blobby! Needless to say, it didn't put me off becoming a photographer when I finished my degree.
