Claire honestly made our wedding day and we’ve been told this by many of our guests, too! She is so funny and great at her job, but also so good at blending in and getting the best photos. We didn’t know where she was when doing candid shots, she blended in really well. The engagement shoot she offers before the big day is also fabulous and she did a great job at making us feel comfortable, making us laugh, which can be difficult to do when we are both nervous! The photos we received are fab.

Clare has recently photographed our twilight wedding at the Upper House and we really cannot thank her enough. We’re been struggling to think of enough superlatives to describe her work and talent, but her pictures really speak for themselves! She’s managed to give us the most precious of memories, capturing shots during the ceremony that we were totally unaware of......our son trying our rings on, a sneaky tear from the grooms father, the reactions of our family. She is really friendly, professional and lovely to work with. She listened to what we wanted and went the extra mile to help out on the day and give us the most amazing pictures and memories. For a wet February evening we never imagined that we’d get the most glamorous and magical of pictures. They are incredible and artistic, and we love the way she’s captured sparkling rain drops and glistening reflections. They truly showcase her talents and prove that weather really is no barrier to achieving great pictures. She’s more than surpassed our expectations and we really cannot recommended her highly enough! We hit the photography jackpot when we booked Clara Lou. She's full of professionalism, humility, thoughtfulness, kindness and talent. She gave us the perfect photographic documentation of our day. Her style is unobtrusive yet assertive when required (like during organising group shots), but in a really nice manner. She knows her job inside out and is a lovely person to boot. Clare put us at ease the first meeting we had with her and explained thoroughly how she operates. Of all our wedding suppliers she was the most amazing, supportive and gorgeous. Claire is such a lovely photographer - she understood immediately what we wanted capturing and how little time we wanted to pose for. That said she got a real feel for the venue and its unique lighting and convinced us to pose for a few unplanned additional shots. The result - absolutely stunning photos. We couldn't ask for more.

Clare has been an absolute superstar from start to finish. Communication & support before, during & after our wedding has been top class - nothing has ever been too much for her, giving advice on everything from timings to locations. She also managed to keep me very calm on the morning of the wedding & helped me enjoy it! We were over the moon with our pre wedding shoot images & the few images we've received from the wedding. Our guests loved her, we love her & would recommend her to anyone!

Clare absolutely made our wedding day. After meeting her at a wedding fayre we knew it had to be her to capture our special day. She has a wonderful personality and really captures the moment with her photography style. My wife left her bouquet in the wedding car and we only found this out an hour later. It really took the shine off the day for us but Clare found his number, arranged to meet the driver half way and travelled to get them while we had our wedding breakfast. Fabulous!

Clare was fantastic from the moment we booked her service and even beyond the actual wedding day. On the day itself she was fantastic with the guests, especially the kids and was very helpful offering her assistance with things outside of her requirements, from pinning on button holes to helping me get into my dress.

Choosing the right photographer was very important for us as we like very relaxed, natural and even a bit different photos. Clare understood what we wanted from our first meeting. We had a pre wedding shoot which was a fantastic addition and something we were not expecting. clare really made our day so special. We felt so comfortable around her and she got all the shots we wanted when though us feeling like we were dragged away from the day around us. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
