Keep it simple. Enjoy the process.
I really enjoy meeting my couples before the wedding so that we get to know each other. Then, a few weeks before the big day we have a recap call to go over the details of the day, things like timings and any special requests. Once we've enjoyed the wedding day, I create the gallery which tells the story of the day and then send it to the happy couple. The gallery is password protected and photographs are downloaded from there!
