We booked Chris after meeting him at a wedding fair and we ended up chatting to him for half an hour and it was like talking to an old friend. After looking through the photos of his work, we knew we had to have him as our photographer and booked him as soon as we got home. His communication leading up to our day was excellent, we had a phone call with him a couple of weeks before the wedding and he really put our minds at ease that we were in safe hands with him. Fast forward to our wedding day and as soon as he walked in to the dressing room at the venue to greet me and my bridesmaids, I knew we were in for a great day because we were belly laughing within minutes. Chris you truly are the kindest, selfless and funniest person I've ever met but most of all you got my husband to relax in front of the camera with your banter and innuendos. My husband and I can be quite nervous when being photographed, especially when in a suit and dress, out of our comfort zones and all eyes on us, but you got us and put us right at ease so thank you so much for that because I'm sure our photos are much better for it.

We couldn’t recommend Chris J Turner photography more! We knew we didn’t want the full ‘traditional’ wedding photos where the photos feel forced and there’s an endless run of formal pictures. Chris captured our day so perfectly, taking candid relaxed shots of our guests and us and balancing that with the more staged group photos. Somehow Chris managed to capture our guests personalities perfectly whilst blending in seamlessly with the wedding reception. Aside from the most perfect pictures we could have asked for- Chris was an absolute delight during the day. He has the best character that made us feel completely at ease from our first phone call. We were so glad to find someone that just got us as a couple and could completely be ourselves around. There was no ‘fake laughing’ as part of our pictures, they were all genuine and a testament to Chris’ skill and nature. Our sneak peaks were ready less than a week after the wedding which was amazing! Our full photos then came so much quicker than wedding photographers our family/friends have used, and beautifully presented. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris J Turner photography to everyone- you will not be disappointed! Thank you Chris & Cal! We couldn’t have asked for more. ❤️

Chris and Callie did an amazing job and made our day extra special, they are now officially an extended part of our family. Me and Matt Hull cannot thank you both enough for all the help and support that you gave us on the day and before. You two are a lovely couple who know just how to make people feel comfortable and relaxed. The things you do to take the photos shows how committed you are to achieving the best for your clients. If we had to do it all over again we would not have anyone else other than you to capture those special moments! Chris and Cally could not have made our day any better. They really put us at ease and helped us relax and enjoy the whole photo part of the day. They really listened to what we wanted and took into account our personalities and our feel for the day. The quality of photos we have had back have been unreal and have captured all the special moments we wanted. We are so happy we have these photos forever to look back on. Chris and Callie were honestly amazing! We're both not overly comfortable infront of the camera and they made us feel at ease and actually enjoy ourselves from the get go. It was great to FaceTime Chris beforehand and go through all the bits we were unsure about, he really is very approachable and the best thing was that they genuinely care about tailoring the style of photo to your day. Not only were they lovely, the photos looked incredible. We are so grateful to you both for making our day so special, we had so much fun taking the pictures and all our guests said how brilliant and easy to approach you were. Having Chris and Callie photograph our wedding was like having two extra friends there. Their photos were fabulous and they made everything on the day so straightforward and easy. From the moment my husband and I met Chris, it was evident that Chris and Cally were the right photographers to capture our wedding. We both felt so at ease and could really have a laugh together. Communication was seamless from our first contact and right up until after the photos have been returned, this included discussing which photos/styles we particularly wanted to go for - including the elegant and special moments, to even the ones that were a little bit more crazy and fun! Chris and Cally embraced our crazy ideas, and we had so much fun on the day that we felt that Chris and Cally were our wedding guests, not our photographers. Our wedding guests even commented on how lovely they are and have said that they will be contacting them if they need any photography completed. We have now received our wedding photos back, and I can honestly say that they have exceeded our expectations by a long shot, they are amazing and we really wil treasure them for years to come. Chris and Cally take the elegant wedding photos for your family, the fun photos for your friends, the little detailed moment photos for the bride and groom, and the surprise photos for everybody - including when your dogs turn up in little tuxedos to your wedding!
