How would you describe your working style?
We work in a calm, friendly and unobtrusive way. Our approach is very natural and documentary-led, allowing your day to unfold as it happens. We gently guide you when needed, but never force stiff posing or interrupt the flow of your wedding.
How far in advance should we book you?
Most couples book us 12–24 months in advance, especially for popular summer dates. However, we do sometimes have last-minute availability, so it’s always worth getting in touch.
Do you work as a team?
Yes — we are a professional, full-time team. If you book a second photographer or videographer, it’s always an experienced member of our own trusted team, never a last-minute freelancer.
What is included in your photography service?
All packages include professional editing, high-resolution images, and delivery via a private online gallery with unlimited downloads for you and your guests. We also include a pre-wedding consultation and full image archiving.
What is included in your videography service?
Our wedding films are cinematic and story-driven, including real audio from your ceremony and speeches. Films are carefully edited to tell the story of your day naturally and beautifully. Drone footage is available where venues and weather allow.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes — we regularly photograph and film weddings across Cornwall, Devon and the South West, and we’re happy to travel further afield and do so regularly. Travel within our local area is included in our packages.
How long does it take to receive our photos and film?
Your full online gallery is typically delivered within 6–8 weeks. Highlight previews will be available within 7 days, and we also offer express delivery options if needed.
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?
Yes, we offer relaxed and natural engagement and pre-wedding photo sessions – and they’re especially popular with couples who want to feel comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.
Couples who have already booked us for their wedding also receive access to a special discounted rate, as a little thank you and a lovely way to celebrate the next chapter of your story together.
These sessions are fun, informal and completely tailored to you – whether that’s a beach walk, woodland wander or a location that feels meaningful to your relationship.
How do we book?
We keep everything simple. Once you’ve chosen your package, a signed contract and booking fee secure your date. The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding.
What happens if you are ill or there is an emergency?
We always have robust contingency plans in place. As a full-time professional team, we can provide a trusted replacement photographer or videographer from within our own team should the unexpected ever occur.
This ensures there is no disruption to your day and no compromise in quality, style or service. Your wedding will always be covered by an experienced, fully equipped professional who works to the same high standards and seamless approach you booked us for.
