From initial contact, to confirming the booking, right up to the wedding itself and even after the videos were delivered, the service and communication from Cassidy Storytelling has been absolutely fantastic. Christian is absolutely lovely, made me feel at ease with what I felt were possibly silly questions and even arranged a video call with us before booking so we could get a feel for if we were a good fit before confirming anything. On the day, he turned up in plenty of time, fit straight in with our photographer and wedding coordinator and not only helped to get some amazing videos (and some photo opportunities) but also helped the day to run smoothly. We laughed and smiled all day and didn’t feel self conscious at all – something my husband in particular was concerned about. The videos were delivered on time and were absolutely amazing. So many special moments of the day were captured and watching them back brought back all of the emotions of the day. The editing was spot on and when we asked for a slight tweak, nothing was too much trouble. The beautiful USB and case were also a really lovely touch. I cannot recommend Christian/Cassidy Story telling enough. We have absolutely loved looking back at our special day and remembering parts that would otherwise be lost.

We had a fantastic experience with Cassidy Storytelling, from booking until receiving the final product. Cassidy Storytelling offered flexibility in the package we booked, allowing us to add an extra hour on the day of the wedding, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the wedding. Christian was responsive and helpful in the planning period, listening to our ideas. On the day, his professional but laid-back approach immediately put us at ease. The process of taking photos was well-organised and therefore not too time-consuming (though not rushed), allowing us time to enjoy our day. Christian responded well to requests from ourselves and the guests for specific photos and made sure that everyone was fully satisfied before he left. We were very happy with the final photos, and the communication highlighted a willingness to make any changes we wanted. Although the photos were excellent, we requested some minor changes to a few photos, which Christian completed very promptly to our full satisfaction. When the USB stick arrived, we really appreciated the care given to its beautiful presentation, which made it feel special. Our whole experience was excellent and we would heartily recommend booking with Cassidy Storytelling.

I honestly can't express the appreciation we have for these guys, from the moment I first messaged Cassidy storytelling it was nothing but a positive experience. Christian replied very promptly after I enquired about their services and his whole attitude just grabbed me from the word go, his positivity and excitement regarding our wedding/venue made me even more excited that I already was. His communication throughout was nothing but lovely, always a quick reply and nothing was ever too much trouble. When him and Nicole arrived in Italy for our wedding day they were the most friendly, sociable and professional photographers/videographers I have ever met and with working in the wedding industry myself I have met a fair few! The whole day was beautiful and everyone made comments about how lovely both Christian and Nicole were. When we received our final pictures and videos we were blown away, they are truly amazing with every perfect detail captured. These guys work so hard and it truly shows in their work, i would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone I can 🫶🏼🤍

We booked Cassidy Storytelling last October 2022 for our September wedding 2023 that we learned to find Christian was also getting married that weekend . We built up a pretty good friendship from the beginning sharing our excitement for our big days etc .Christian was very professional with all pre wedding day arrangements and emails ect . On the lead up to the big day contact was maintained at a high standard and Christian made us feel very relaxed with no worries at all . On the big day , well where do I start . Christian and Ben arrived and it was evident they knew exactly what they were doing and just got on with it while we were all in the madness of getting ready . I’m not sure what we expected but they definitely exceeded any expectations. They fitted in so well with our friends & family it was like they were one of our guests . For all you brides that want a magical experience listen up ladies . With the bridal party prep I felt as though I had two big brothers with me making me feel very supported with lots of reassurance and for that I will forever be grateful for ,you guys will always have a special place in my heart . They really helped make my morning run as smooth as possible and were my biggest supporters from start to finish . They went above and beyond throughout the whole day and night . The groomsmen party felt they shared the same experience while getting ready .These guys didn’t just turn up and take pictures they helped pin button holes, adjust ties and again was my husbands biggest supporters . All our family and friends fell in love with Cassidy Storytelling and could not stop singing their praise’s even now we still talk about them( in a good way) . These guys was such a huge part of our day and have no regrets that we choose them to share it with . We only wish we could do it all over again . I will forever recommend Cassidy Storytelling who left the biggest imprint on our hearts 🥰

Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish, Russ photographed the whole day and captured every special moment. I cannot praise these guys enough, not only are Christian and co very talented and passionate about what they do, they are amazing people too and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else to have photographed our wedding day. If ever I have a special event in the future, I will be using Cassidy Storytelling for sure.

Amazing!!! Cassidy storytelling covered my wedding in July this year, they travelled up to Scotland for us and Ben & Christian were superb on the day, put us at ease, caught all the moments we needed & more. Mingled with all our families & delivered amazing results!!

I'm so glad I did, right from the start he was so friendly and I felt completely comfortable with him capturing our special day which he did to perfection. Christian was an angel sent to me and my husband Sean! From first contact we both knew Christian was the photographer for us. When we met up his energy and passion was so touching as it was like he truly cared about us and his work. We got so emotional when Christian was leaving as we knew we had met an amazing human being.
