We're CARRO Weddings, a North East Wedding Photographer and Videographer. We've been doing this for over 15 years and have captured more than 2,700 weddings. We're the winners of Yorkshire Wedding Videographer of the Year 2025, and we're preferred suppliers at over 50 venues across the North East, Northumberland and Yorkshire. We know most couples feel a bit nervous about being in front of a camera. We keep things relaxed so you can enjoy your day. We catch the nerves, the laughter, the speeches, the hugs and the dancefloor as they happen, and it never feels like a staged photoshoot.

Every couple tells us something different. Some want natural, candid moments. Some want a few beautiful portraits. Most want a mix. So you fill in a short 8 page questionnaire and share your inspiration, and we plan your day around what matters to you, not what suits us.

What we offer

• Wedding photography: every image is retouched and delivered in three edits: colour, black and white, and our own CARRO LOOK.
• Wedding films: shot in 4K on cinema cameras. You get a highlight film and a full-length film of your ceremony, speeches and first dance.
• Drone footage: included at no extra cost with every package, as long as the venue and the weather allow.
• Content creation: short clips and social media reels of your day.
• Pre-wedding shoot: a good idea if you're feeling nervous, because you'll know what to expect on the day.
• Albums: beautiful printed albums if you love holding your photos.
