Same sex wedding in London. The preparation was at The Shard followed by a bus sightseeing on London's old route with a stop at The Gherkin for the ceremony and wedding reception. The evening reception was on the Thames on a boat till late night. This was a memorable wedding and one of a kind!
Natural, relaxed, unobtrusive, adventurous, creative flare.
I am proud of all the feedback I receive form my lovely couples.
After your dream venue, prioritise photography.
The bride's grandparents had died the week before her wedding day. She put 2 seats for her grandparents for the ceremony and at the top table with their photographs and a beautiful poem she wrote.
I like to have a call straight after the enquiry to talk about the couple's plans and their ideas. I send out the contract and ask them to pay the deposit if they are interested in booking me. About 6 weeks priory to the wedding day I send the questionnaire and ask for the itinerary even if it is just a rough itinerary. Around 4 weeks before the wedding day I touch bases and ask if anything has changed so that I can send out detailed plan for the wedding day. I then have a call 1 week before the wedding to go through all the details.
A big group photograph of the couple with their guests and family.
The groom asked to take a photo of him on the ground holding with his mouth the golf ball on a tee and his wife with a golf shaft pretending hitting the ball.
I recommend the couple to embrace it. From photography point of view if the photographer is skilled, you will still get beautiful memories.
I have been doing photography since very young age. My father was a photojournalist and it was a big influence on me. I chose weddings because I can have all genres of photography in one single day and I love it! I got into weddings after photographing a friends wedding and then it went all from there. I have a degree in photography and since then I always thought that weddings was going to be my genre of photography one day!
