What is your most memorable wedding?
I have lots of memorable ones but I think my favourite was one at Hampton Court when it rained ALL day - I told the bride this would never happen! Normally you always get a clear break at some point but we didn't. However it meant I had to be creative and we got some fantastic shots with umbrellas and in wellies!

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am most proud that all my couples love working with me and we often become friends!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Keep it simple and genuine - don't get drawn into all the extras you don't need. Remember what matters to you most.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I always like to meet before the wedding to run through everything. On the day I start by spending time with the Bride, then meet the Groom, and then from the ceremony I capture the day as it unfolds naturally. Ideally I stay right through into the evening with my retro luxury photo booth - the LUXEStar! This ensures full photography from start to finish. The LUXEStar photos are provided immediately in print & digital format, and the photographs from the wedding are all edited and ready for you by the time you are back from honeymoon!
What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?
A natural one when you leave the church or civil ceremony - this captures the most happy smiley faces you will see for the rest of your lives!
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
I would need to show you!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Be prepared with umbrellas and have a back up plan of where to take photos inside. Use professional studio lighting if needed. However the best thing is to be flexible and work around the weather as there is usually a break in the day when it stops!
Describe how you got into photography.
It was always a hobby and passion, I started taking B&W film photos in my teens. After having a professional marketing career I re-trained professionally when I was made redundant in the city 16 years ago!
