Chris & Katrina: The vibe at the reception with the dancing and the fusion fo cultures was amazing to watch, I just wanted to join in!

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am happiest when I'm around other people and often come away from a wedding with my jaw aching from smiling so much! Seeing people happy, and maing them happy ion return with a beautiful collection of memories makes me so proud.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Make sure you click with the people you hire, be it your cake maker, photographer, DJ.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Shoes, always shoes. I like snapping the tiny details.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Meet over a coffee for a pre wedding consultation to discuss your ideas and your wedding (honestly i get excited listening to couples talk about their plans!) If you like me, we book your date! A deposit secures your date, and then the outstanding balance is payable two weeks before your wedding. Payment plans are available upon request.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
I love taking photos of the couples shoes, facing eachother. It's kind of my signature.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Their puppy as the ring barer!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Pretty umbrellas for you, nothing for me. Don't worry - my camera has its own coat.
Describe how you got into photography.
I photographed my first wedding in 2009 when my Aunt and Uncle were given special permission to marry at short notice due to his terminal illness. Since then I have been dedicated to capturing the truly important moments of peoples lives.
