FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

I've been fortunate to photograph at some amazing venues. The Four Seasons in Paris, Villa Padierna in Marbella, Castles in Spain so to narrow this down to one would be difficult. I've met some wonderful people so I can say that those memories are my favourite.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Timeless, emotive, documentary, artistic and elegant.

What about your business are you most proud of?

Working full time doing what I love.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Make the day as personal to you as you can. It is after all your day. If you can, use a wedding planner or stylist to help with this.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I've seen an empty seat with a bouquet for a bridesmaid who sadly passed before the wedding. Although very sad, it was an incredibly beautiful gesture and one that I have never forgotten.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We discuss your day either in person or on the phone / via email. The couple choose to book and pay a £500 holding deposit. The couple fill out our online image release & insurance contract (GDPR). Over time we discuss your day plan and this is sent to us via our online portal - if you have a planner they do some of this. Many couples book an engagement shoot for before their wedding to become used to being photographed. Your Wedding Day! 1-2 week later - your mini gallery arrives (circa ten highlight photos). 3-6 weeks from your wedding day - your online gallery is ready. We remain in contact to ensure that you are happy with your final photos.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

A confetti shot! This is usually taken just after the ceremony so it's a real emotional moment of the day.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Umbrellas and a sense of adventure - we will make it work.

Describe how you got into photography.

My grandfather was a photographer, who taught me how to use a darkroom at a young age. I studied photography at school, then gained a degree in Photography. I taught A Level photography and eventually left to work full time as a photographer.
