A wedding I photographed in March 2013 when it snowed heavily for 3 days in a row. I had to rescue my bride in my 4x4 as she had reserved a vintage car which wasnt going to go anywhere in that amount of snow!
It turned out to be an amazingly fun wedding and we got some wonderful photos in the snow. We had to go to plan B and plan C though!!
Fun, Quirky, Romantic, Artistic, Exciting
Im most proud of the fact that my clients become my friends and then recommend me to their friends!
Organisation, preparation and having a plan B!
Im always amazed at the amount of effort, thought and detail that my brides and grooms put into their wedding. This inspires me to take the best photos I possibly can so they can relive their special day every time they look at them.
I like to meet up to discuss what's important to you. To visit your venue and look at locations and possibilities. To chat through what your likes and dislikes are so you both feel happy and relaxed in front of my camera, as this will produce the most wonderful and candid photos.
The one photo would be the one which shows how happy you FEEL being surrounded by those special people in your life.
I was asked by the brother of the groom to be prepared and ready as he was going to be thrown in the pool by his friends! It was both exciting and nerve racking!
Lots of colourful umbrellas!
If you dont mind getting a little wet, photos in the rain are actually a lot of fun and look amazing!
I was encouraged by my art teacher to go the art college. I completed my National Diploma in Photography and Design back in the 80's before the days of the digital camera. Later I discovered photoshop which allowed me to combine my love of art and photography and I've not looked back since.
