On a wedding day, I’m a calm, grounding presence. I’m not the high-energy hype person or the “new wedding bestie” that’s often promoted, I’m simply someone who can read the room, sense what you need, and help quietly and naturally. I’ll notice the small things you shouldn’t have to think about: flowers coming out at the right moment, making sure you’re not thirsty while getting ready, giving you a peaceful minute together during portraits to soak in being married, or offering gentle guidance before moments like confetti or cake cutting. I’m never silent, but I never take over. Unobtrusive really does describe me.
Experience lets me feel relaxed and confident because the preparation is already done. I know your timings, your must-have family groups, your details, and if anything shifts, I adapt seamlessly so you don’t have to worry. You won’t need to think about photography at all on the day. I’ve got you.
Most of my work is candid, but I guide when it’s helpful. “Unposed” never means being left standing awkwardly. A touch of direction goes a long way. A few natural movements - walking, holding each other, leaning in - and it’s the little in-between moments that often become magic.
Having photographed weddings around the world over the last 12+ year - including New York, France, and Denmark - I bring a wealth of experience and a sharp artistic eye to every celebration. Each photo is carefully selected and edited to create a cohesive, stunning gallery that tells the full story of your day.
Shooting my first of two weddings in Brooklyn, the atmosphere was electric.
Natural, authentic, emotional, timeless, and unobtrusive.
I’m proud that I’ve kept this going for over 12 years, and that each year has been a step forward. I’ve never tried to be anything I’m not, I’ve just focused on doing work that feels real and honest.
Remember that the whole point is you’re getting married, everything else is just extra. It’s easy to get caught up in the details, but at the end of the day, it’s about you two and the commitment you’re making.
