Barnett Studio Full Description
Adrian I Barnett (LSWPP) - Adrian is a second generation photographer, following in his father's footsteps and has excelled in both film and digital, and is widely acknowledged for his experience in the studio and the darkroom. Adrian is proud to have been awarded a Licentiateship by the Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers for his work in the photographic industry. His work has led to him accepting invitations to take portraits in many countries, including Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and the Czech Republic. To relax he is an enthusiastic cook and loves trying out new menus - photography and food are natural partners, he believes. He also writes short stories and articles and is passionate about Formula One motor racing. Bergit Barnett - Bergit is a new-generation photographer who has been trained by some of the best in the business (not least Damian McGillicuddy, himself an International Grand Master)! With a wide range of experience in International Banking, Finance and Investments, first in Germany and then over 10 years working in Luxembourg and dealing with international trade, Bergit is in a unique position to analyse businesses, their target customers and where they are sitting in the market place - and then ensure their images reflect the company's ethos. When she has some free time she designs and makes her own knitwear and crochet clothes, and is also a keen sewing-bee. She is a fan of big motorbikes and hard rock music. Bergit also loves Czech Black Beer and fried chicken wings.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Talk to your suppliers and let them guide you

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We like to meet with them in good time and get a feel of what they want, and if we are the right photographers for them. We love to do a test shoot first so that we can get to know how they respond, and also that we appear as friends on the day and we can work seamlessly with them and help them.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

The private moment of them together where they really show their true emotions.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Umbrellas! We always research a location so that there is a plan for wet weather. Bad weather has never spoiled anything for us.

Describe how you got into photography.

Through my father. He was a film director and producer, and he taught me the basics right through to the complex stuff.
