Where can I start with Shane and Kelly? 3 words to sum them up fun, friendly and fantastic! They really did make our wedding day! Having previously been at many weddings where you stand for hours having photos this is something we didn’t want to do or our guests. These guys managed to get lovely formal shots / action shots and some personal shots of my husband and I yet we did not feel we missed any vital time of our wedding which was important to us. When we received our photos we we’re blown away at how much had been captured and how amazing they were. IT took us a year to narrow it down down our album! I cannot fault shane and Kelly they were amazing from the moment we contacted them to collecting outnumbered album. Shane and Kelly are just amazing, nothing was to much trouble, they captured our day perfectly and have left us with so many memories and great pictures of our day! I’m alittle camera shy.. Shane eased that straight away when we did a pre wedding shoot.. he took us to a beach not far from home and was just great, we knew he was the guy for the job when we saw the results. t’s almost a year since Shane photographed our wedding, on a cold but beautiful December day! Yet it’s taken me all this time to actually finalise and collect my wedding album, and I’m actually so pleased we waited this long because looking through it now after a year of the actual big day is a huge reminder of how important the decision of a photographer is, and we made the perfect choice choosing Shane, so many moments that where captured to treasure forever. Despite the cold and the wind the most amazing pictures where captured, and that’s down to Shane’s pure talent and passion for what he does. It was an absolute pleasure to have Shane as part of our wedding, he slotted in just like any other guest attending. Looking forward to some future family shoots with him. The album is simply stunning and something we will look over for so many years to come

We thoroughly loved using Atkenphotography nothing was ever too much trouble, they replied to messages promptly and went through details thoroughly, on the day they listened to our quirks, and accommodated all we asked. We have been back to them several times since our wedding and would never hesitate to recommend them. We made acquaintances for life in choosing them. We couldn’t of asked for nicer people.

Shane & Kelly came highly recommended and had been so creative with our friends wedding that we would never have chosen anyone else. Everything from the planning, pre-wedding shoot and our wedding day went seamlessly (thanks to them) and they are a joy to be around, they really do put people at ease and capture their best angles! They are also very adept in a crisis as Kelly sowed my bridesmaid back into her dress on the morning of our wedding!! We have such a beautiful book of memories which we will cherish. Can not recommend highly enough!

From the minute we met Shane, we knew he was the perfect photographer for our wedding. We explained that we wanted to capture candid shots of our day, those natural moments that are sometimes missed as well as the traditional shots. To say Shane delivered is an understatement! We love the way that he captured those very special moments of our day, those moments that we can now treasure and how each picture tells a different story. The combination of his photography skill teamed with his pure gentlemanly attitude make him an obvious choice!

From our pre wedding shoot to our magical day right through to the production of our story book Shane was absolutely wonderful! He made us both feel so at ease and tiny husband this was the uttermost important thing as he hated “posing” for pictures and always felt awkward having them taken and with Shane this wasn’t an issue felt by him or my husband which meant the most beautiful and natural looking photographs capturing moments of our magical day with the odd structured one in there. Would 100% recommend Shane for caputuring those magical moments . And we get to re live a little of our day each time we look through our pretty story book.

I feel so lucky to have had such brilliant photographers. Besides the fact we had absolutely beautiful images from our wedding day, Shane and Kelly are such lovely people who get on with everyone! As soon as we met we knew that we wanted Atken Photography for our wedding day. Shane and Kelly made us feel so comfortable when having our photos taken as my husband and I thought it might be a bit awkward having our pictures taken all day long! But they made us laugh and have a brilliant sense of humour making us feel at ease while still being very professional. I love that they managed to capture alot of action shots as they are very natural and capture the moment. As for the price it's brilliant considering what is included in the package! We had a pre wedding shoot and then photos taken all day from us getting ready up until the first dance and disco. And then an absolutely beautiful photo album in real leather (we got to choose what colour album we wanted) that is personalised with our names and wedding date on! And the rest of the photos that didn't make the album we got them a on a USB stick which gives us the option to print them and make another little album if we wanted. I cannot recommend Atken Photography enough. I could literally keep talking all day about how brilliant they are. Thank you Shane and Kelly again for capturing our day and giving us beautiful photos.
