Documenting the story of your wedding day is a lot more than a job to me, is a lifestyle. Hunting for those precious moments from beginning to end allows me to story-tell beautifully what really happens on the day. Nothing beats a bride’s smile or a father’s tear. You being happy and full of joy is the only thing that matters to me, without interruptions. Your Day should be just that, about You. My style as an alternative, creative, documentary photographer can be described as journalistic, honest and real. From bridal preparations until the dancing beats, I am everywhere and nowhere, capturing all the emotions and the laughter. People being people, just the way it was and felt. I try to keep the family group shots to a minimum. They are important to have for the older generations, but if they are too many, it takes too long and we are compromising the photographs that will grow in value as the time goes by; the ones that will show how your immediate family and friends really felt and enjoyed on your Big Day! There is only one time through the day when you will be asked to leave your guests enjoying themselves and create with me some beautiful and timeless portraits, nothing forced, just simple and personal portraits as a married couple. In fact, I always suggest to my couples to use this time to have an intimate moment to realise what they are just experiencing while I capture their love and connection naturally. As you may have noticed, my images have a film alike aesthetics. I started shooting in film and although most of my work nowadays is been shot in digital, I still try to preserve that look. Also, I have to admit that I can’t help it, I just love creating my images mostly in black and white, the simplicity, tones, texture, feel … incomparable. My prices for 2018/2019 weddings start at £1500 for a full day, as detailed on my website.
