Number one wedding planning tip: Prioritise how you want the day to feel, not just how it should look.
From that feeling â relaxed, joyful, intimate, elegant â all the right decisions will follow: your venue, photographer, guest list, even the timeline. It helps you stay grounded in what really matters and keeps the experience authentic to you.
Champagne sprays and towers, statement bridal gowns (embellishments, tassels, big sleeves), brides who accessorise, mensy suits (on men and women),
and couples who laugh together and pose together.
We talk, we meet, we photograph.
The number one photo every couple should take at their wedding is the âjust marriedâ moment â a quiet frame of the two of you alone, right after the ceremony.
It could be a walk away from the aisle, a soft embrace out of view, or a quiet glance before the reception begins. Itâs raw, full of emotion, and often the only moment you truly pause together amid the whirlwind.
This photo becomes a timeless reminder of what the day was really about: just the two of you, starting everything.
Embrace the rain - you'll look at your photos in a whole new light - get out there, run around, have fun, laugh...
A degree at LUSAD from 2005-2009 which led to my images being exhibited at The National Portrait Gallery in London in 2009 and again in 2014.
This was then reignited in 2022 after the birth of my daughter who brought all my passion for taking photos, and inspired me to want to capture connection between humans all over again.
