Planning a wedding in Gloucestershire or the Cotswolds? I’m Alicia Victoria of Red Maple Photography, and I specialise in telling your love story through relaxed, natural wedding photography. I focus on real emotions and candid moments so your wedding photos feel authentic, timeless, and truly reflective of your relationship.
Every couple is unique, and I take the time to get to know you both. From the little details to the big moments, I capture the true spirit of your day. Working quietly in the background, I let you enjoy your celebration while photographing the laughter, tears, and everything in between.
Whether you’re saying “I do” in an elegant manor house or a rustic barn, my experience photographing weddings across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds means I know exactly how to use natural light and stunning surroundings to create portraits you’ll treasure forever.

The 1:1 service I give to my clients. Each couple is unique and every wedding I photograph is special, so I work hard to achieve a look that shows off your wedding as you envision it. I only shoot a select set of weddings every year because my clients are that important to me.
Focus on what truly matters to you as a couple. The details, décor, and trends are lovely, but your wedding day is about your story, your love, and the people who matter most. Prioritise moments that will create memories you’ll cherish forever, and don’t be afraid to ask for help from your vendors—they’re there to guide you every step of the way.
I love seeing couples incorporate something deeply meaningful to them—whether it’s a handwritten vow, a family heirloom, or a cake made by a close friend. These moments feel authentic, heartfelt, and create memories that are truly theirs. Personal touches like these make every wedding unique and are always the moments I treasure capturing most.

One picture with your parents. Things change. People change, but one picture that is always one that people say "I wish I had that" is one with your parents.
6 guys naked in the shower with a sign - BEST photo ever and so much fun... we all kept it a secret from the girls all day (Groom was SO nervous about the day I suggested they get naked in the shower - didn't expect them to do it... don't worry - I didn't see anything I shouldn't have seen)
A pair of Welly boots, umbrella and a positive attitude. Don't let the rain get you down! It's part of your wedding story. It may not feel "magical" on the day, but believe me, when you sit down to look through your pictures with your children some day, how wonderful it'll be to say "and it rained cats and dogs all day, but that just made it more magical.... and I got a wonderful pair of welly's out of it!" Just get wet!!! I have had couples dance in the middle of a hurricane, and it was an awesome picture and they laughed... oh how they laughed because it was magical!
I have had couples standing with their horses in muddy fields with colourful umbrellas... the brides shoes now black but it didn't matter... because it was part of their day... Embrace it and don't let it get you down. We can make magic in the rain (or hide in doorways!)
I have always loved photography and my dad used to be a photographer. I used to look at the pictures on our walls where I grew up and say "I'm going to do that one day". Now I have my own pictures on my walls and say "Now I do this!"
