There are so many! I think the ones with themes are particularly memorable... I've photographed 20's inspired wedding, a Wild West theme and one that was a mini music festival. As a huge festival lover, that last one was a particular favourite of mine!
Timeless, classic, romantic, fresh, exciting
Producing images that my couple love and helping them to re-live their day through photographs.
Allow yourself plenty of time throughout the day... I always recommend a minimum of 1.5 hours after the ceremony to the meal (if you're in the same venue!) this gives time for photos and some mingle time. Have longer if you can, the day goes so fast, you'll appreciate that extra time to see your guests!
I like to meet with my couples before they book, so that we can both see if we're the right 'fit' for each other and so I can find out about their plans. After the meeting, if they book, I send through a contract and then I meet with them for a pre-wedding shoot about 6-8 weeks before the day. This gives me a chance to get to know them more and find out how much direction they need/want on the day - my couples regularly say that this helped them to relax on the day too! Between booking and the wedding, the couple are free to contact me as much as they feel they want!
Getting outside with a big golf umbrella! You can still enjoy your venue grounds in the rain and there are always beautiful doorways and arches to be photographed under!
It's all my Dad's fault! He gave me my first film camera as a young teen and I've been hooked ever since.
