We cannot recommend Jonathan highly enough! From the very first moment we met him, he was warm, engaging, and genuinely excited about capturing our day. His friendly personality immediately put us at ease and made the day go so much smoother from his knowledge at every stage. He knew what to do before we did half of the time! On the day itself, Jonathan was everywhere without ever being intrusive. He captured every laugh, tear, and little detail so naturally that looking through our photos feels like reliving the day all over again. Every image is beautifully composed and full of emotion, truly timeless. And then there’s the behind-the-scenes video… absolutely gorgeous! It perfectly sums up the atmosphere and energy of our wedding, and we’ve watched it more times than we can count. From start to finish, Jonathan was the most exceptional photographer! The moment we met him at a wedding fair we knew we’d struck gold and he really did not disappoint! The service that he provides is exceptional: ranging from him taking the time to meet with you at home in order to get to know you and to learn about your wedding to then meeting you at the venue to explore photographic options ahead of the big day. And then on the big day dedicating the day to capturing the most beautiful natural moments. Jonathan is a really lovely person: calm, helpful and always goes above and beyond even down to knotting ties correctly! When we first met at the wedding fayre I read a review from another couple who had said he’d been more than a photographer and infact became more like a guest. We echo this! Jonathans approach makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and despite us both not feeling confident about having our photo taken his personable approach means that any inhibitions are gone. Our guests loved him too as he made the photo taking so enjoyable and ensured he captured lots of them too. Our stunning photos were sent back to us so quickly and we couldn’t love them more! He really is a talented man who has a real passion for what he does. Jonathon is an amazing photography that really puts you at ease when doing a shoot! Everyone at our wedding loved him and his enthusiasm! We loved our engagement shoot and then again on our wedding day! From wedding prep to reception he was so much fun and we got the photos back and we loved them! Would very highly recommend him to anyone planning a wedding!

We booked Jonathan for our wedding on 31/07/21 after our original photographer couldn't make our new date as we had to move it due to COVID. We had met Jonathan at a wedding fayre previously and nearly cancelled our old photographer as he was such a lovely guy and offers such a lovely service, so we were really glad to book with him! Our first consultation was in the middle of lockdown, so we did this via zoom and just went through rough requirements and for a bit of a natter really! We then had a bit of a wait due to our wedding being quite far away, but Jonathan regularly kept in touch and also sent through the forms to fill in ready for the big day. On the big day, Jonathan arrived nice and early and got stuck straight in! The bridal party all though he was absolutely amazing, so much so my new brother in law tried to book him for his wedding too! Sadly he already has a wedding booked in, but think this definitely reflects the quality of Jonathans workmanship! The posed shots were all lovely and natural and Jonathan didn't take too long to position everyone which is great as people want to get the chance to mingle around. He also regularly took me and the groom off for picture at certain times of the day - such as when the sun was setting to get some nice shots. He also did lots of couples shots for the guests and bridal party and noting was too much trouble for him at all! He stayed practically until the end of our day at around 10/11pm so definitely dedicated to doing a wonderful job, he even got my mum up on the dance floor for a boogie, which she never ever does! The aftercare was also amazing, Jonathan kept in regular contact to advise on the progress of our pictures. He also sent a lovely treat along with our memory stick images which was thoroughly enjoyed! The quality of the images are amazing and we really enjoyed showing them all to friends and family, although this took a while as there were so many lovely ones to get through! We then filled in the form for our prints, album and canvas and once Jonathan sent us the preview to approve, he booked in a date to come and hand deliver it all! The canvas is absolutely huge and is displayed in our living room for all to see! The album is also an exquisite quality and we always like to proudly show it off to all who visit! Overall I would thoroughly recommend Ahuvi Photography to anybody who is looking to get married, he is absolutely worth every penny! We went for the platinum package and were very pleased with the results, Jonathan is an absolutely lovely person and the perfect addition to any wedding! - Thank you for all your hard work Jonathan!

Jonathan was simply incredible. We kept him busy throughout the day, and whenever we needed the next shot, Jonathan was ready. He was great in his interactions with ourselves and our wedding guests and he truly contribute making this a memorable day. Also, the photos he came back with are of very good quality and I wouldn't even consider going to someone for another event. Highly recommended

Jonathan was simply fantastic for our wedding. When we first met him, he was incredibly friendly and took the time to get to know us as a couple, to really get the most out of our day. On the day he was engaging, friendly and professional. He was so friendly with all our guests that many thought he was a family friend. We could not recommend Ahuvi enough. We were thrilled with the photos when they arrived. Jonathan also does a cinematic picture if requested, we chose a Disney theme and it is truly magical. His work is superb and his dedication and attention to detail is second to none.

We were privileged to be able to have Jonathan as our photographer for lockdown wedding. It was massively important to us to capture every inch of our day because we had so many members of our family who were not allowed to attend due to the lockdown rules. Jonathan did a fantastic job of capturing the vibe absolutely perfectly from our intimate ceremony right through to playing fun games in the evening. Jonathan was so fun to work with, he had picked the most gorgeous spots for our couple pictures as well as the most hilarious and memorable moments from the rest of the day! Book him, you will not be disappointed!!

I am so glad that we went with Ahuvi as our photographer… there were no problems at all on the day and now we have AMAZING pictures to look back on! We used Ahuvi for both an engagement photo shoot and on the wedding day, which I am so glad we did. The engagement photo shoot got us used to being behind the camera and feeling comfortable in preparation for the big day!!

I was looking for vibrant but natural photographs with clarity and depth - Ahuvi Photography delivered exactly that but offered so much more than I could have anticipated. The quality of the photos speak for themselves but Jonathan is more than just an excellent photographer, he's a great character with lots of personality. It was a real joy to have him around with us on the day. Nothing was too much trouble and he really went above and beyond for us. Even at times when he needn't have, he was there to simply lend a hand - he's seen enough weddings to know when something's needed and you can trust him! We had a virtual meeting and met at the venue beforehand, both were really good opportunities to build a rapport and this was really good for my wife in particular so she could immediately be relaxed with him in the morning during prep. He's one of life's good guys that can get on with everyone and strike up a conversation with anyone, it's a great skill to have so the day was great fun for all our guests and Jonathan will be there to laugh with you and capture all the moments and memories along the way. If you've got some ideas of what you want in your mind, like I did, then he'll explore them, work through and give you his honest advice. Don't worry if you haven't though, you can trust his intuition and creative eye for some great angles. You get a real sense he loves what he does, your wedding isn't just another job for him and we enjoyed quite a few moments of celebration when we captured some particularly great photos. The cinematic poster picture is a really good valued added bonus as well, we gave it a lot of thought and the result did not disappoint - We can't recommend Ahuvi Photography enough! Great communication, lots of thoughtful touches and little considerations both before and after such as the presentation box for the USB stick.
