I have too many to choose from! But one of my favourites was when i was flown out to France to photograph a wedding at a private chateau next to a river, it was beautiful and so different from my usual weddings.
Bright, Colourful, Timeless, Fun & Relaxed
My couples! I love each and every one of them and I'm so proud to be chosen to be a part of their special day.
Don't sweat the small stuff! Gunna rain? Who cares! Can't find your veil? No one will notice! The most important thing is for you to marry your best friend, and the rest is just a bonus!
One of my favourites was when one of my brides baked and decorated 8 individual cakes for each table for guests to help themselves for dessert. Such a fab idea and they tasted incredible too!
My booking process is really simple, everything is done digitally and is automated too. We will then have a pre wedding meeting usually over zoom around 4-6 weeks before the big day to run through the final timeline and make a plan for the photos that works best for everyone.
A bog standard, full length look at the camera and smile. Its controversial between photographers, but i personally think its an important one to get and it'll only take 5 seconds during your portrait session! It's that traditional photo that all your loved ones will love the most and choose to display.
Because the couples that usually book me are super chilled, its not usual for me to get any out there, crazy requests!
Just embrace it, theres nothing you can do to change it and you only have your wedding day once! If it is torrential I'll always keep in mind a plan for doing the group photos inside, but from experience I've only ever had one wedding where it rained continuously the whole day and if you can cope with a bit of mud on the bottom of your dress and trousers, I'm still more than happy to head outside whatever the weather!
I have done photography since i was at college all the way back in 2008, and after photographing my first wedding for a family friend in 2011 i was hooked!
