refreshing, natural, fun, stylish, timeless
What about your business are you most proud of?
I'm proud of everything about my business & how I've managed to establish it whilst running around after my 5 little boys.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Rule number 1 is DON'T STRESS! What will be will be! Get everything booked as soon as you can whether that be venue, entertainment or your photographer. If you want a specific place or person & they are any good then they'll get booked up pretty quickly. I've already got numerous bookings for next year and beyond.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Every wedding has it's own personal touches & quirks, each one special to the bride & groom so I couldn't really choose a favourite.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Before booking I like to meet with couple to make sure we all like each other. Makes for better photos if we all get on ;)
After booking we will arrange a pre-wed shoot to get to know each other better & get you used to taking direction in front of the camera. We'll also meet to discuss timings, formal shots and suppliers & I'm always about should you need any advice or help.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Well I have 2 actually..... obviously one of just the two of them but then also a big group shot of the entire wedding party.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Haven't been asked to take anything specific as I think my couples trust me to capture their day as they would wish.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Wellies and an umbrella! Unless it's blowing a gail then we'll still be out in it ;)
Describe how you got into photography.
Always been interested in photography since my age was in single figures so I suppose you could say it's in my blood! It's certainly my passion.
