Describe your typical process with a couple.
we try to make this process as easy as possible once we have quoted and it has been accepted we send a email containing a booking form to the client once this has been returned to us with the advance payment your booking is confirmed and the price is set ( in less you wish to add other services then we will inform you of the extra cost before you make any decision) then you can contact us as much or as little as you like on the run up to your big day but we will contact you a week of so before your big day to reconfirm all is ok and if any change to things like your choice of song for your first dance.
