The Voice Box - Live Band and Mobile Live Music Stage

We had The Voice Box stage for our drinks reception and the band for our evening and they were exceptional throughout the whole planning process and the day itself! You can choose how many band members/instruments so it’s easy to adapt to your budget. The communication was clear and easy throughout and Gemma kept in constant contact with us from booking until our wedding day. We discussed the set up beforehand so on the day it was an absolute breeze. The Live Stage is absolutely stunning and Claire and Ben (vocals and sax) played our drinks reception, we had soooooo many compliments! We had terrible rain on the day and ended up changing a lot of our schedule last minute, that did not phase Claire and Ben at all, it was such a relief how accommodating they were to our changes and it went so smoothly you would have thought it was the plan all along! They then set up indoors for our evening reception and Phil joined them on guitar. You can choose what style of music that you like from their set lists and they played such a lovely variety that everyone enjoyed. We chose our own songs for our first dance and daddy daughter dance, they sounded so beautiful! We then sent a Spotify playlist to continue playing late into the evening (or they can provide one for you! So easy!) I cannot recommend them enough! Not only do they sound amazing but they take all the stress away and are just genuinely lovely people!

Gemma & The Voice Box really did make our wedding! Gemma was a joy to be in touch with before the wedding, it was so nice to be in touch with such a friendly & lovely person and nothing was too much trouble. On the day itself Gemma & The Voice Box were absolutely incredible! We had acoustic & vocals for our ceremony which made it feel really intimate & calming. We then had the 3 piece band for our drinks & canapés with the addition of The Voice Box itself which looked fantastic and really added to the atmosphere- of course the music & singing were brilliant! They were with us throughout the day and helped us with speeches & songs over dinner which we are so thankful for. Then we had a special request for our first dance which just blew us away and from there the fun continued! The 6 piece band were just incredible and were the making of our evening do being just so much fun! The dance floor was packed all night and everyone really did dance the night away all thanks to Gemma & The Voice Box! Thank you ❤️

We booked the Voice Box for our wedding after seeing them perform at The Treacle Market in Macclesfield. Gemma's communication was excellent throughout the planning process. Gemma was there in the day providing background music when our guests arrived and during our meal. Gemma provided the PA and microphone for our wedding speeches. We then had the full 6 piece band at night. The band created a beautiful arrangement of our chosen first dance song. We had a tipi wedding and they created a fantastic atmosphere and played a variety of songs. We are so glad we booked The Voice Box for our wedding and it wouldn't have been the same without them.

The Voice Box was absolutely incredible at our wedding! Gemma was outstanding - we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Her talent and energy had everyone up and dancing all night. She was also so kind and reassuring, especially when I was worried about the weather!! Gemma was truly exceptional, and we’re so grateful to have had such a talented band make our day unforgettable. We had a relaxed, fun and free spirited Wedding for which the Voice Box were absolutely perfect! The playlist was awesome and they created a incredible atmosphere with a Bohemian vibe. Absolutely recommend 100% - wouldn’t have considered anyone else.

Gemma and Ben played as a vocalist/saxophonist duo at our Hollywood themed wedding and - WOW! It could not have been a better choice. From the get go Gemma was friendly and organised when arranging the event details, suggesting set lists, checking timings, and finding a version of a favourite song for a first dance. On the night itself they absolutely brought the party - their fantastic performance got everybody from 20s-80s up and dancing with a mix of postmodern jukebox tracks and party classics, and all our guests commented on how much fun the band was. They even dressed up to fit the theme and brought all equipment with them to set up indoors, including a light show to add to the atmosphere which was fab. They were also totally delightful guests to have around and a pleasure to deal with in general. If you're considering hiring them for your party or event, do it, you won't regret it! Myself and my now husband booked The voicebox after my partner saw them perform in Macclesfield and we saw the programme Amazing spaces. From start to finish they were brilliant, They learnt some songs for us as well as entertaining all our family and friends. We would highly recommend Gemma and the voicebox to add something special and unique to your wedding or celebration.

Everybody had been talking about The voice box for days!! After spending hours researching for a day singer, Gemma ticked all the boxes. West end singer, quirky, different and her version of son of a preacher on the website just confirmed I wanted her at my wedding ! The trailer was a extra bonus and I’m so glad I booked it as it just added that wow factor! The off grid ( no power ) was ideal on the farm, the sound was clear and loud. My only biggest regret was not having Gemma and her band in the evening. Gemma and Ben were easy to talk to on the day and we’re just really lovely ! Before hand Gemma was quick with responding to emails and met my brief perfectly, she even did a little request from hairspray. If you want guests talking about your wedding for days then book Gemma !! Thanks again xx

We feel privileged that we were able to have the voice box for our special day. Extremely talented Musicians , Gemma went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests which made our day one to remember for ever. Bless them the weather was awful but they still carried on playing and all the guests ended up dancing in the rain Can’t thank you enough Gemma and Ben xx

Amazing entertainment at our wedding on 22 December at The Bridge in Prestbury. Just the right ambiance and our guests loved it , as did we !! Fabulous repertoire of songs. Amazing tunes. Thank you guys you made our wedding just magical
