Based in the Isle of Harris, I provide professional solo piping for weddings, funerals, private/corporate events or any special occasion.
I regularly perform for weddings and understand how important timing, presentation, and professionalism are on such a meaningful day. I’m punctual, easy to coordinate with, and experienced in working seamlessly with venue staff, planners, and photographers to ensure everything runs smoothly. My goal is always to enhance the atmosphere of the venue while giving couples and their guests a memorable, high-quality experience.

What packages do you offer?
£175 (Basic) Piping at the venue before and after the service
£250 (Standard) Piping at the venue before and after the service + played into your meal
£300 (Full Package) Request full pack for details.
All clients who enquire about my services are sent my "client pack" which includes an about me section, an array of packages that I offer and their prices and also some photos/recordings of me playing.
How far in advance should I contact you?
At least 2 weeks before your wedding.
What repertoire do you have?
I have a vast repertoire of pipe music from the classics that everyone knows to some much more obscure tunes as well.
Is it possible to request something that isn't in your repertoire?
Absolutely, I've had lots of different requests over the years. The most interesting of which being Elvis on the bagpipes.
What areas do you cover?
I can play anywhere within the Isle of Lewis & Harris.
Is there a travel charge?
Travel fees are included within the package price.
Do you charge for extra hours?
If the ceremony runs over an hour longer than expected then there is a small inconvenience charge for this.
What are your forms of payment?
Bank transfer is preferred but I can also be payed in cash on the day if it is more convenient for the client.
What's your experience?
I've played at a countless number of weddings all around the Western Isles, so whatever picture you have of your ideal wedding day, I will do my absolute best to accommodate.
What is the length of time of your service and how much time do you need to prepare?
I can play for however long is required for your ceremony (with some small breaks for a drink of water of course!). My repertoire is adaptable to all weddings ceremonies so no time is needed to prepare.
