I once played during the drinks reception of a wedding in a beautiful manor with large gardens. Halfway through the reception, the bride and groom brought out a cricket set and invited the entire wedding party (grandparents and all!) to play a game of rounders. I'll never forget the laughter from the guests as they watched the bride lift her wedding dress in order to sprint from base to base!
Ambient, captivating, romantic, fun, bespoke
I've built this business entirely independently. I am a one woman show, both on stage and behind the scenes.
With regards to choosing the music for your big day, don't forget about your guests. It's great if you choose 30 of your favourite songs, but if your guests aren't going to be familiar with any of them, it may have an impact on the vibe you're trying to achieve. People love to sing and dance along with songs that they know!
Following your initial enquiry, I will send you through my list of packages and performance options to have a look through. Whilst you don't necessarily need to choose which package to go for immediately (sometimes it's better to organise the rest of the day first and then see where the music can slot in), I will provide you with some different options that I think would suit your day based on your requirements or what you've told me that you're looking to achieve. We can discuss this either by email, by phone/video call, or even via an in-person meeting if you'd prefer to meet me before the big day. I will also send you through my repertoire list and encourage you to highlight your favourite songs in advance of the event so that I can work on a bespoke setlist for you. A couple of weeks before the big day, I will reach out to you a final time just to clarify all of the final details and timings.
