Adding the sparkle of live piano is a wonderful way to turn melodies into memories on your wedding day. Drawing upon years playing across the UK theatre and festival circuit (yep - Glastonbury 2002!), playing in wedding/function bands, in a popular duo and now as a solo artist, I always pride myself on providing a chilled, fun and professional day for every couple. Weddings bring together family and friends of all ages to celebrate with you, so on your wedding day I'll likely include pop, rock, blues, rock'n'roll, boogie woogie, Motown, soul, jazz, country, 60's, 80s, standards, show tunes etc., so there's something for everyone. Attention to detail and listening to what you're looking for is always my priority - as well as having fun!

Keep it simple!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Following an enquiry I always prefer to meet up, either in person or via FaceTime/WhatsApp. You can share your wedding plans, we can chat about where live piano music can add that extra special little touch on your wedding day, I can play a few songs and hopefully offer a few handy bits of advice from the piano stool. After that we keep in touch, swap ideas along the way and then a few weeks before your wedding we can catch-up again to play a few tasters of your wedding songs, look at any other options, I can record some samples - whatever works for you. I always contact the venue a fortnight before your wedding to run over everything with them (submit my PAT Testing and Public Liability Insurance etc.). Then we have a nice chilled time on your wedding day!
