Discuss ideas with your suppliers - it may be your first, but they do this every weekend and have lots of experience to offer

Photos of the bride and groom growing up, meeting and falling in love, displayed on our 42" TV screens
Describe your typical process with a couple.
The initial discussion will be about the date, location, timings, budget, etc. Then we recommend which combination of our services would suit their needs, usually over the phone, sometimes this is face to face. Finally, we agree on what is to be supplied and a contract is supplied. Some clients want to pay deposit, but it is not always essential for us. Sometimes we meet a month before the big day for a final planning meeting. Otherwise, we are there on time and do a great job entertaining the happy couple and their guests on the day.
