FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

a Tee Pee Wedding nr Banbury. A beautiful sunny location near a lake, a great night of music and dancing and an electric atmosphere. Like the best music festivals, truly memorable.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Adapatable, Service Orientated, Professional, High Quality, Intelligent

What about your business are you most proud of?

My Service record. I have an extensive list of positive feedback on my Website.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Ask questions. Its not every day you plan a wedding, or book a DJ. I will be happy to explain any element of my service, so that you are completely comfortable with the service provided.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Each wedding has unique and clever ways of celebrating and decorating....my favourite personal touch would be all of them, each wedding is different.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Firstly understanding what a couple want from their day, then explaining the services I can provide and establishing a package to suit. Then, in the run up to the day, working with them to ensure that it all happens smoothly and professionally.

What makes a romantic first dance?

Simple but effective lighting, to aid your photographer in capturing beautiful photographs, a great song that means something to the couple, and all of the guests surrounding the dancefloor to share the moment.

What is your number one floor-filler?

I don't have one, I have many, and they are all different depending on the styles and tastes of the guests and the couple themselves

Which band from the past would you most like to have been part of?

An odd question. As an ex drummer, probably Led Zeppelin.

What is the soundtrack to your life?

A wide variety of music. My personal tastes cover Arcade Fire, AC/DC, Beatles, The Cure, Dr Dre, ELO, Foo Fighters, Groove Armada, Howlin Wolf, Inner City, Jack Garratt, Kool and the Gang, Led Zeppelin, Massive Attack, Nina Simone, Otis Redding, Pixies, Queen, Radiohead, Specials, Tribe Called Quest, Underworld, Vampire Weekend, The Who, The XX, Yazoo and Zero 7.....see what I did there?
