If you are looking for a DJ for your event, look no further. We used Alastair for our May 2023 wedding, we are so glad we did, we were so happy with the result. The lead up to our wedding was stress free; we could tell we were dealing with a professional with years of experience. Everything we needed was easy for Alastair to deliver. He has worked in most venues in the area so has existing working relationships which makes things go that much smoother. On the night everything we requested was played and we had some odd requests! The tracks Alastair used were full length cuts rather than cheap shorter edits. He built the evenings music around our preferred genres and also respected our no-play list. Alastair read the room perfectly and adjusted his delivery style according, he was involved and engaged with what he was doing and clearly loves what he does compared to other DJs who often just set a playlist and press play! Alastair also played us some extra surprise songs at the end of the night just because he knew we'd like them, he was bang on. Our ears lit up when we heard these songs we'd forgotten to request! It was a perfect end to a wonderful day. We wouldn't think twice before hiring him again. He has a true love and understanding of his craft and totally nailed it! Thank you for completing our day Alastair. You knew what we wanted playing without us naming it.

Alistair was perfect for our wedding down, from the initial enquiry all the way through to the day. He helped us so much with understanding exactly what we wanted. Then on the day he set up perfectly, and set up early so that the selfie pod he had included could also be set up early. The music was amazing, there wasn't one song that people weren't up and dancing to. Every single song had people on their feet. Everyone said how great the music was. So many of our guests also love the selfie pod. I would definitely recommend nightlights disco as a DJ for a wedding, and also say definitely get the selfie pod which was great fun for all guests.

Alastair was great from booking all the way to the big day. We had a few phone calls to discuss what we wanted and we sent over a list of songs which he was happy to include. We also wanted a mix of 2 songs for our first dance which Alastair did perfectly we loved it. The dance floor was full the whole evening which is exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Alastair was great and made the perfect choice for our wedding!! He was able to accommodate for our entire song list and also provided some really helpful insights into lighting as we had a guess that was epileptic and so he clearly had a lot of specialist experience which we were really greatful for! We would certainly recommend!!

The team at nightlights we’re fantastic, they were easily contactable and guided us through the whole process with regards to number of songs and a different range of genres. Everyone complimented the music and how well the whole evening flowed, there was something for everyone, we were really impressed.

We’d like to thank Alastair for putting on a fantastic DJ set for our wedding! Alastair is organised, went through everything with us before the day, offered advice and was generally brilliant. He accommodated song requests throughout the evening, got everyone dancing, which created some memorable moments! Alastair went above and beyond by working directly with other suppliers to take away the stress from us, and even helped our photographer with the lighting during fireworks. Alastair was a pleasure to work with and we’d highly recommend him.

The best DJ by far at our wedding at the Beaumont Estate, Windsor. Great communication throughout the lead up and I don’t think myself (the bride) or the guests ever left the dance floor empty! Fantastic music and great guy, highly recommend for sure!

We booked Alastair for our wedding based on his personality and insane knowledge of all types of music, not to mention his equipment and great prices and we were not disappointed. He was so helpful and took time to get to know us and even made some amazing recommendations that we did not think of.
