Do you have a song list?
We do not have a strict song lists that you must pick from for your wedding. We love learning new songs and love creating personalised soundtracks that represent you as a couple. What couples usually do, is give us a playlist of the vibe and we will learn some of those songs and throw in songs that match the atmosphere of your wedding. We have sung songs from the 1920s to today’s hits to soft rock to Disney so we aren’t afraid of a challenge! We will work with you to curate the perfect song list from ceremony to wedding breakfast.
What is your experience?
Kara’s music journey started in Texas (where she is from) with musical theatre and choir. It soon developed into her going to university for vocal performance and learning opera/classical singing. She performed in over 25 productions and sang in many competitions and events across Texas. Since moving to the UK, she has been performing for many events around the country and looks forward to more!
Nick is from London where he began at a young age focusing on musical theatre and learning piano/guitar. He focused on music in school and began teaching guitar, piano, and singing at just 17 years old. He’s performed at many notable venues in London including The Dorchester, The Hippodrome, and The Hard Rock Hotel. He has also music directed for Stoke Youth Musical Theatre Company and for Stagecoach Lichfield.
How did you begin?
Well… from the very start, we met in Texas in 2018 and immediately started a US/UK long distance relationship that survived Covid and many years apart. We were married in 2021 and we settled in the UK in 2023. We started singing together for fun at cabarets and open mic nights and soon had the opportunity to sing at a couple of weddings and parties together. We had so much fun that we created this business and have started to sing at many more events together and excited for more in the future.
Do you travel?
Yes we do travel. The first 60 miles from our location is no charge and then after that we charge 45p per mile. ALSO, we can travel abroad (and would absolutely love to ;) and would discuss arrangements for that separately.
