Your booking will be managed by the award-winning company, Earcandy.
Unlike traditional agencies, Earcandy only represents a handful of exclusive Act concepts - which means you can't get them anywhere else.
Earcandy will liaise with your venue before your wedding to help make sure all logistical details are prepared and to take the weight off your shoulders.
You also get your entertainment coordination team available by phone or email - we're here to help advise and make sure the final details are prepared for the day, and also to help give you advice on how to make your wedding day extra special.
*The tech bits*
Along with your booking, you get your very own "sound engineer"
Most venues aren't "built" for live sound - and we recommend a sound engineer to make sure the sound of the band is tailored to the venue, so you can hear everything at its best.
*Music in-between*
In between the band's sets, at no extra charge you can get Earcandy's Disco Package - which is the sound engineer administering a playlist of music.
You can let us know what songs you'd like to hear, and the sound engineer will make sure it's played for you.
For something even better, you can upgrade to a fully-fleged stand-alone DJ. It will be a DJ that comes with a DJ booth who can 'read the room' and adapt the music to suit your musical preferences.

We differ from most music agencies - we don't just book you in and send a band. We love to form a relationship and really get to know what our clients are looking for. We also provide as much as possible with our unique set up so we can really make sure we meet your every need.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't underestimate the importance of your entertainment, it's the final part of your wedding day - get it right and it ends the evening with a bang.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Personal favourite: the bride had a bucket list task - to sing in front of a big audience. Our band obliged and backed her up.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Get in touch with the entertainment advisors at Earcandy. They'll go over your initial requirements/needs and make sure they get you booked with an exclusive Earcandy Act that is the right fit for you.
After you make your booking, their entertainment coordinators liaise throughout the entire process and make sure you have everything you need - and to make sure the Act has all the information they need.
In the background, their tech team will discuss the technical aspects of your booking with your venue to ensure important technical aspects like power requirements, load in detail, health and safety are covered.
On your big day, your Act will be set up and ready to perform with the magic that Earcandy is known for!
