We offer Live Music and Entertainment for Weddings, corporate events, private parties and more! Imagine a romantic String Quartet for your Ceremony as you walk down the aisle. Or a Pianist during cocktail reception while your guests are having drinks. Then your party comes and you dance the night away with a reception band or DJ. For More excitement you have a live Drummer alongside your DJ moving throughout your dancefloor bringing the energy up.
We specialize in creating personalized packages that fit your exact musical needs. Every event needs a soundtrack and we are hear to create the soundtrack to your special day!

What does a Ceremony Musician Provide?
When you book live music for your ceremony, it typically includes a 30-minute prelude, your processional song, and your recessional song. You’ll have the opportunity to select your special processional and recessional pieces, as well as choose the style of music for the prelude.
The prelude is the music played before the ceremony while guests arrive and take their seats. Some ceremony musicians can also provide a microphone and sound system for your ceremony.
Do you offer any packages?
Yes! We offer packages for Ceremonies, Drink Receptions and Evening Receptions. We work with you to build the perfect entertainment package!
What are the payment options and requirements?
A 30% deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding or event.
VAT is included in costs. Travel fees may apply depending on the location of the wedding or event.
Any and all payments, including the deposit are non-refundable.

You’ve done the hard part—now it’s time to sit back and relax! We’re always available by email, phone, or text if any questions come up along the way.
If you’ve booked a reception DJ or band, you’ll receive access to the VIBO planning app. If you’ve booked ceremony music, we’ll send you a music selection form to choose your ceremony songs. All music selections must be finalized at least 45 days prior to your wedding.
Please be sure to share the contact information for your wedding planner or coordinator with us. This helps ensure smooth communication and prevents any last-minute questions on the day of your event.
Finally, within the two weeks leading up to your wedding—when final payments are due—we’ll check in via email or schedule a brief phone call to review final details and confirm any last-minute changes.
Can i select the song choices or playlist?
For ceremonies, you may choose your processional and recessional songs, as well as the overall style of music for the prelude.
For Drinks Reception & Evening Reception, you may select the preferred style or genre. While we do not take individual song requests for these portions, we’re happy to share our set lists, which include hundreds of popular songs across a variety of styles.
For DJs, you’ll receive 24/7 access to our VIBO planning app, where you can fully customize and manage your music selections.
Things to keep in mind when booking entertainment for your wedding
Booking entertainment is an investment, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier service with a luxury experience. All MK Entertainment musicians have prestigious musical backgrounds, having shared the stage with renowned artists and performed around the world.
Please note that your date is not secured until a deposit has been received. However, we will always notify you if there is significant interest in your date for the same musician(s).
Musician Breaks and Meals
Please note that musicians require a meal during evening events. Nothing elaborate is necessary—either a standard vendor meal or the same meal being served to guests is perfectly acceptable.
Meals are required for all corporate events and weddings where entertainment is provided during an Evening reception. A separate table or designated area should be provided for musicians to take breaks and enjoy their meal.
How Far do you Travel?
We regularly serve Greater Manchester, Northwest & North East England and North Wales. We’re always open to traveling beyond these areas—please contact us if you’re planning a destination wedding or require entertainment outside our standard service regions.
MK Entertainment operates 2x branches, One based in Manchester, England and the other based in Boston, MA, USA.
How Much Does Live Entertainment Cost?
Pricing depends on the number of musicians needed.
Single wedding services start between £600-£800.
Full Wedding Entertainment investments range between £2,500 - £10,000
Corporate & Private Entertainment Ranges between £500-£5,000 depending on complexity & number of musicians requested.
What is the VIBO App?
The VIBO App is our online music management app. Available to use via App or desktop.
It streamlines tasks like music selection, playlist creation and event timelines for weddings & private parties!
You can request songs from Spotify/Youtube, vote on them and add notes.
You can plan your timeline of events including announcements, name pronunciations and more.
