London Strings Full Description

Available to hire as a violin & cello duo, string trio, string quartet, an ensemble with piano or as solo violinist or cellist, rest assured the music and ambience London Strings will lend to your event will be exquisite. Our musicians have performed extensively as soloists, chamber artists and with orchestras such as the London Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and London Philharmonic Orchestra, and in venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Barbican Centre, Southbank Centre, and Cadogan Hall. We can perform classical and popular music and have a large repertoire list, as seen on our website. If you have a special request that is not on our song list, we are happy to accommodate this free of charge. As a duo, we play both acoustic and modern electric instruments, and we have a set list with backing tracks for some of our most popular songs. We look forward to working with you and making your special day memorable!

Highly recommended for any event.

I arranged an hour- long, surprise concert by Arda and Lucy for my husband’s birthday and it was a great success. We all really enjoyed the selection of classical pieces and also the non- classical songs that we all had fun singing along to. Lucy and Arda are very professional musicians and two very nice people! Highly recommend! Booked Lucy and Arda very last minute! We booked London Strings for a String Duo for a performance at our flat for our New Years Eve dinner party. We booked on Wednesday night for them to perform Friday which was super last minute! We really appreciate that Lucy and Arda accepted the booking! We were advised 1 hour is about 20 songs, I chose 10 songs from the repertoire and requested 1 song not on the repertoire (keep in mind I asked a day before the show) and gave them freedom to decide on the other songs. Communication was very quick and professional. The performance was amazing and beautiful. All of us were blown away, our dinner parties will never be the same again! Thank you for an amazing evening!
