London Street Band Full Description

We create a unique ensemble that plays current and classic pop hits as well as New Orleans Mardi Gras music. Taking influences from bands such as Young Blood and Rebirth Brass Bands, The London Street Band has gone from strength to strength and proven time and again that they are guaranteed to get everyone dancing from the first note!

Comprising of some of the best instrumentalists in London whose collective CV includes; Olly Murs, Rag'n'Bone Man, Level 42, Jamiroquai, Take That, Rudimental, Joss Stone, Caro Emerald, Martha Reeves, Maximo Park, Levi Roots, Peter Andre, Shola Ama, David Essex, Mica Paris, Omar, Lemar, Yolanda Brown, Pasadena Roof Orchestra.

As a band we have been resident band for Porto Marina and Porto Golf Marina in Egypt, and our TV appearances include 'Tim Vine Travels Through Christmas', Sunday Brunch, Loose Women, The Big Fat Quiz as well as having had previous engagements with; John Lewis - Oxford Street, Sky TV, Nestle and numerous private weddings and corporate functions.

Happy couple married in July

Smooth and Efficient

Firstly, the set up was so smooth and efficient. It caused no disruption even though all guests were in the room at the time - in fact it was quite fun to watch (and hear the occasional sound check). We absolutely loved the music - having great music was a key part of our wedding dream, so we thought a lot about it. The musicians were fantastic and all the covers were so good, along with some fab solos. The sound system and levels were superb (I'm not sure how you managed it)

Thank you so much to you and all the band. It was such a pleasure to have you all along for the ride and we had such amazing feedback from all our guests. Especially the walk along the seafront, it was certainly one to remember!

From start to finish the London Street Band were a pleasure to deal with, they really cared about getting it right for us - and they so did! We kept the band as a surprise reveal to our guests and they DID NOT disappoint! After visiting New Orleans we wanted to factor the style of music into our wedding day, the bands mix of traditional and pop songs were fantastic, cannot recommend enough! Thanks for the memories guys!!
