Our performances feed from the warmth, quality and authenticity of traditional Hellenic culture. All members are very highly qualified prefering to use acoustic instruments rather than synthesizers, drum sets and electric guitars. The instrumentation variably includes bouzouki, violin, guitar, percussion, accordion, lyra, kanun, baglama, piano and cello. The repertoire includes hundreds of tunes from all over Greece and Cyprus. It ranges from classics like Zorba the Greek and Never on Sunday to much less known songs in the categories of Tsamikos, Kalamatianos, Syrtos, Mantilatos, Pentozalis, Ikariotikos, Haniotikos and Ionian-island Serenades.
