All the weddings I've sung at have been memorable and I have so many memories since I started in 2007, and going full time in 2011.
Particular highlights include singing 'May it be' by Enya (From Lord of the Rings) with a String Quartet as well as 'From this moment on' by Shania Twain as I watched a groom carry his new bride up the stairs of a castle after their ceremony. I will never forget that wedding!
Classy, emotional, beautiful
I love that I can provide great customer service as well as my singing!
Don't forget about your ceremony music! What do you want to come down the aisle to?
When a couple changed their entire day to fit round the dozens of children attending. It included the Ceremony at 11.30am in the ruins of a church (everyone had to bring their own seat!) a BBQ, Ice Cream van, a Ceilidh mid afternoon and then a few friends round to their house in the evening. Its great to have that flexibility!
We will meet for a coffee, or chat on Zoom to discuss their ceremony and nearer to the wedding it may include meeting at the venue and / or attending the Wedding Rehearsal.
A song that you both love and that makes you forget everyone else
As a Daytime Musician I don't sing at Evening Receptions but I'm always on the dancefloor whe 'I believe in a thing called love' by the Darkness comes on!
There are many options, it is very varied and changes on almost a daily basis and I learn and hear new songs and hear ones that bring up memories!
