We begin by giving a basic outline of what we can provide here at InvEntertainment and attempt to gather what information we can regarding the couples plan for the big day. From here we can give a quotation and discuss how our services could be tailored to suit the individuals needs. A simple booking form will be sent once everyone is satisfied and a 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. Do not worry though, once an enquiry is made the date will automatically be penciled and we will NEVER take on another client without first contacting you. In the lead up to the big day we offer face to face consultations to make sure everyone is on the same page & we look to liaise with the client regarding the unlimited tailored playlists we offer on all bookings to make sure the music is just right. If everyone has been organised correctly we shouldn't need to get in the couples way once the big day comes around. We will always try our best to set up discreetly and to liaise with the venue or a point of contact in the wedding party regarding any queries. Our aim is to make you happy so want to allow the couples to simply relax and enjoy their day!
