I work weddings and private celebrations. That's the whole job — no pub nights, no club residencies, no corporate awards dos. Just weddings, done properly.
I take one booking per week, which means when it's yours, it has my complete attention — from our first conversation right through to the last song of the night.
I'm an open format DJ with 30 years of experience, covering Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. I know the venues across the region well — Sheene Mill, Longstowe Hall, Lanwades Hall, Bedingham's Farm, Barrington Hall and many more — which means no surprises on the day and a setup that works with your venue rather than against it.
My online planning portal makes the whole process straightforward. Before your wedding, you can map out your day, add must-plays and do-not-plays, and flag the moments that matter most — all at your own pace, without chasing emails.
On the night, I arrive early, set up discreetly, and get on with the job — reading the room, keeping the energy where it needs to be, and making sure everything flows without you ever having to think about it.
No cheesy routines. No forced audience participation. No shouting over your favourite song. Just a relaxed, experienced DJ who genuinely cares how your day turns out.
Yes. Weddings are my speciality. You won't find me playing in a pub on a Friday night, hosting a quiz night at the local social club, or running club nights.
I'm also only take one booking per week, so your day gets proper attention.
Relaxed, informal, professional, reliable, friendly
I'm most proud of the way in which I'm able to work with couples on an individual basis to create exactly the style of entertainment they're looking for on their wedding day.
Take just 5 minutes out away from your friends and relations during the day. Go for a walk together or find somewhere quiet to sit and allow yourselves time to reflect on your wedding. You'll appreciate it for a long time to come!
Of course you can!
I offer an online planning portal for all couples so you can let me know your likes, your dislikes, must play songs and probably just as important, the ones you don't want played (and no judging.....it's your day so if you don't want to hear it - I won't play it!)
I prefer to meet the couples I work with either for a coffee or electronically (it's optional by the way and I work however you want to work). I like to get a good idea of the type of entertainment each couple is looking for, any formalities they want included into the day, the styles of music they do and don't like....the list is endless. I also offer online planning tools so that couples can plan their entertainment at their leisure.
To my mind, a romantic first dance is one where the song has special meaning to the couple, such as the track that was playing during their first date, or when the proposal was made. It doesn't have to be slow and slushy (I've had couples do their first dance to house music and hard rock in the past). What matters is that it's special to YOU as a couple
There's unfortunately no such thing as a guaranteed floor-filler. A song which goes down a storm at one wedding reception can just as easily clear the dance-floor at another.
