Illicit Covers Band Full Description
We offer a lot of services for weddings that can really make the day special. It is the goal of the band to have people up dancing for the whole night! We play a mix of party songs, Rock classics and dance floor fillers.
We offer an acoustic act for some daytime background music and entertainment. This will keep the guests entertained while you have your photos taken and the venue sets up for the wedding breakfast.
We have two professional speakers in the band that can announce speeches and help communicate with your guests.
We offer the full band for the evenings entertainment. This includes music to be played before and after the live music as well as the possibility to get up and sing with the band! That is right we offer rock band karaoke as part of the service.
You money will also go towards practice time and learning any new songs that we might have to learn for you.

The lengths we go to to provide the service the customer wants. If the customer is happy then we will do what we can to make them ecstatic.

You cannot start planning early enough. Be prepared and organised and then it should all fall into place.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
We will meet up with you and go over exactly what you need from us for the day. We will them remain in contact with you regularly up until the event to make sure things have not changed. We can meet you again two weeks before the wedding to go over and double check the arrangements for the day. Also if it is a venue we have not played we will contact the venue for a walk around so that we can test any sound limiters and the layout of the room before the day.
What makes a romantic first dance?
The favourite one at the moment is Hello by Adele. But usually the recipe for a good first dance is something that starts slow and builds up for the guests to join in.
What is your number one floor-filler?
The proclaimers - 500 miles
Which band from the past would you most like to have been part of?
Tough one this one! There is so many i would probably say ACDC personally but other members of the band would go for Pearl Jam, Blink 182 and The Who.
What is the soundtrack to your life?
All forms of music. I listen to most forms of music and associate them with different life events. Music is so important and we attach so much emotion to it.
