We wanted a fun and memorable day which everyone enjoyed and that’s exactly what we had! Iain from The Wedding Chaps was absolutely fantastic to work with every step of the way from planning the wedding to helping us have the most amazing day with our friends and family. All of our guests have commented on how much fun the day was which was all down to Iain and the extra touches he added to the wedding.

I don't even know where to start with this. Iain was so amazing, it was unreal. I would highly recommend The Wedding Chaps (and specifically Iain) to anyone getting married that wants a DJ that understands them. From the start, The Wedding Chaps provide an extensive book for you to fill out with preferences on music, information about yourselves and the wedding party and additional offerings that you may not have even thought of. In the lead up, Iain was great at communicating with us and making us feel at ease and as though we were in safe hands, which was just what we needed. On the day, Iain was absolutely stellar! I couldn't recommend him more! We had a chaotic entrance to the reception where we planned to run around and get pictures with every table, and Iain made it a game with a prize so that we could get the best photos and everyone loved it, and it really set the tone for the rest of the evening. He coordinated speeches and kept us updated on timings in a relaxed manner, which made us feel a lot more chilled about what was quite a daunting thing for both of us. We also had a DJ battle which made the whole day that little more fun and Iain accommodated that and made it so enjoyable. Iain was also great at advising on music for points in the day and setting up playlists to hit the vibe. Our main takeaway from having Iain at our wedding was that the music in the evening was literally banger after banger! Everyone has said since that the music was so good they didn't want to leave the dance floor. Iain also coordinated a 'Survivors photo' for the end of the night, which was so nice to have and is really funny to look back on. So, thank you so so so much to Iain and The Wedding Chaps for literally making our wedding. You were so amazing and we wouldn't have had such a good day without you. We met many DJ's on our search for the right person to be a major part of our day and I knew instantly that we had found the right man. We were proved correct. What we loved is that although he was a major part of the day it was always myself and my wife that had the focus on them rather than some where the egos are bigger than the wedding. What we also loved was that nothing was to much trouble and we threw a few challenges at him (including music clips in my speech).

Iain wasn't just a wedding DJ he was our master of ceremony, time keeper, liaison for the suppliers on the day and so caring I didn't need to worry about anything on my day thanks to Iain! I had a beautiful starlit dance floor supplied by Iain and a constantly full dance floor during the evening!

Iain was absolutely amazing before and on our wedding day. He is truly innovative, with such amazing ideas throughout the day, which made the day even more special. Not only did Iain present himself excellently, but he made myself, my wife, our guests, and other suppliers really feel at home. I'd certainly recommend Iain again, and I'd like to thank him personally by helping him potentially win this award. He certainly deserves to.

Iain delivered exactly as promised and to our requirements. He was professional, friendly, organised and gave us confidence that he would deliver what was required for the our special day. Unlike many DJs, he played what we wanted to hear on our day, and so pleasing to have a busy dance floor all evening. 12 hour job for Iain, all to our exact requirements. Iain was the best thing we could have booked for out wedding. We booked him for the whole day and couldnt have asked for better, my wife and I are very unorganised people and he pretty much made the whole day flow perfectly. The music was everything we asked for and his timing was always perfect. Iain also arranged for table entertainment before our wedding breakfast including a quiz and sweep stake which our guests absolutely loved. If I could do it all again, I would still choose him.

Iain wasn't only our DJ, he was our MC for the day, he was the contact for all our suppliers (our venue didn't have a wedding co-ordinator) and as well as providing fantastic music he was the thread that tied the whole day together. He is a friendly, genuine individual, with a passion and talent for what he does. We can't praise him enough!
